David Finlay (Building Contractors) Ltd was founded in 1972 by David Finlay. The company is now run by his son William who joined in 1974.

Over the years we have built up a well equipped workshop where we manufacture:

• Staircase
• Conservatories
• Bespoke kitchens
• Furniture,
• Window shutters,
• Skirtings and facings

At the workshop in Kingskettle we employ four joiners all trained in house. We also have a small shop counter for public, trade and for D.I.Y enthusiasts. We offer a cutting service in wood to meet your requirements.

By combining traditional methods, modern ideas and materials we are able to produce items to a high specification for the demands of today.

We are also able to copy and produce traditional mouldings for lining, skirting, facings etc. and renovate, extend and upgrade existing properties.

We cover the following areas Cupar, Leven, St Andrews, Central and North East Fife.
